Hailing from Canada, Edward holds two key roles at the Beyond Lab. As the Lab's deputy, he ensures that resources are well managed and strategically aligned. Additionally, he acts as the focal point for the Lab's engagement in the field of affective science, exploring the role of emotions and their psychological underpinnings in advancing long-term sustainability. Edward is a passionate believer in the critical role of the United Nations and the multilateral system in providing solutions to address both current challenges and those on the horizon. He has a broad and rich background in international development, having garnered extensive experience working across climate finance, health, sustainability policy and strategic communications.
