Ruth brings more than a decade of leading and shaping change in the UN system and a passion for community-based approaches to systems change. Ruth has held a range of roles at UNAIDS, Young UN and the UN Innovation Network (UNIN). She leads UNIN’s work on innovation culture, including setting up a UN Innovation Fellowship to support UN colleagues to practice new ways of thinking and working and to advance UN 2.0 in their organizations.

She is always eager to chat about participatory facilitation, new ways of working and systems change, among other topics.
