Evgeniya strengthens the Lab's engagement with diverse partners, including Geneva-based Permanent Missions and academic institutions, to advance its strategic and programmatic activities. She is involved in policy design and implementation across the Lab's Focus Areas.

Before joining the Lab in February 2021, Evgeniya pursued a diplomatic career. She was posted in Sri Lanka, handling public and government relations for the Russian Mission. Subsequently, she joined the Deputy Foreign Minister's office in Moscow, focusing on Eurasian integration, economic cooperation, and trade.
